Our samples are either packaged by the perfume house, or hand-poured here at Smallflower and presented in a spray vial. Each vial is filled to a variable volume to reflect the concentration of the fragrance being sampled.

About the Fragrance:
For as long as we’ve been falling in love, we’ve been making potions to induce that feeling in others. We called them philtres. These, when drunk, would cause the recipient to fall madly in love with the giver. Such was the story of Tristan and Isolde, and the fate that befalls Titania in A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Perfumes are our modern-day love potions—potent and bewitching, with the ability to change moods instantly. This is Hiram Green’s version. No unicorn dust or dragon’s blood, just the world’s most beautiful flowers, spices, and resins, built around the flower of love: carnation. Use it carefully.

Our fragrance samples are available for purchase online only. No samples will be available in store at Merz Apothecary.
Same Day pickup for curbside orders containing samples is not available.
Shipped orders containing samples will be picked and processed in 1-3 business days.

Orders with more than 1 item are assigned processing times according to each item.
We will thoroughly inspect all items ordered before shipping. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between three and seven days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. The stock levels may fluctuate at any given time. Be aware that it is possible that your order will run out of stock even after you have made the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We cannot exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days from the date of purchase.
